1. Introduction

Gamuda Berhad in Malaysia, a leading Malaysian construction, infrastructure and real estate company, respects the privacy of individuals with regard to personal data. This Privacy Policy is formulated in accordance with Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection (the "Decree") and other applicable Vietnamese laws, and applies to Gamuda Land Vietnam LLC, Gamuda Land Vietnam JSC (HCMC), and the subsidiaries, associates, jointly controlled entities and affiliates of Gamuda Berhad in Vietnam (collectively, the "Group"). "We" and "us" refer to any company within the Group; "you" refers to yourself and any person or company you represent when providing Personal Data through this page.

2. Personal data collected

Through the registration form on this page, we collect:

• Full name
• Phone or WhatsApp number
• Email address (optional)
• Preferred language for documents
• Preferred contact channel and channel ID (optional)

When this page is loaded or the form is submitted, we and the Group may also collect:

• IP address, browser user agent
• Page URL, referrer and submission timestamp
• Advertising cookies and identifiers: _fbc, _fbp, fbclid
• Campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term)

3. Purpose of processing

By submitting your Personal Data, you agree that we may process it for purposes including but not limited to: processing your application under our distributor partner programme; providing you with the sales kit, brochure, training materials and related services; marketing of goods and services and sending updates, offers and promotional material; research, statistical analysis and reporting within the Group; administration, development and enhancement of our business and website; measuring and optimising advertising performance; compliance with applicable law, or where required to respond to claims, legal process, or suspected fraud or unlawful activity; and other lawful purposes connected with our business or your relationship with us.

4. Use and disclosure

You agree that we may disclose and transfer your Personal Data, whether in Vietnam or abroad, among companies within the Group and to third parties including our agents, consultants, auditors, contractors, service providers, advertisers and relevant authorities, for the purposes set out in Section 3. On this page specifically, data may also be shared with:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram): advertising measurement through Meta Pixel in the browser and, where enabled, the Conversions API from the campaign server. Contact details are transmitted in hashed form.
• Cloudflare: the visitor IP address is resolved through a Cloudflare service endpoint when this page loads.
• The campaign backend and CRM operated for this programme: registrations are stored there for follow-up by the project team.

Personal Data is not sold, and is not shared with any party outside those described in this Policy.

5. Storage and retention

Your Personal Data is stored in hard copy or on servers located in or outside Vietnam, operated by us, the Group or its service providers, and is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above or as required by applicable legal, regulatory or accounting obligations. The Group does not offer an online facility for you to delete your Personal Data directly.

6. Cookies

This page uses cookies, including those set by Meta Pixel, to recognise your browser and measure advertising performance. You may configure your browser to block, erase or warn you before cookies are stored; the registration form remains usable without cookies.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you have rights including but not limited to: to be informed of your Personal Data processing; to consent or decline processing; to access, correct or request update of your Personal Data; to withdraw consent; to request deletion or restriction of processing; to obtain a copy of your Personal Data; to object to processing for promotional purposes; and to self-protection, complaint, denunciation and lawsuit in accordance with the law.

2. Description of the programme

This page presents a distributor partner programme for real-estate brokers and agencies interested in introducing The Glen at Celadon City to eligible foreign buyers. Registration is an expression of interest. It does not create an agency agreement, an employment relationship, or any exclusivity. A partnership takes effect only once a separate written agreement is signed by both parties.

3. Registration and partner responsibilities

• Information submitted must be accurate, current and belong to the person registering.
• Materials provided through the programme are for use in introducing the project and may not be altered in a way that changes their meaning.
• Statements made to clients must remain consistent with the official materials and the approved sales policy.
• Applicable real-estate brokerage laws and advertising regulations must be observed at all times.

4. Commission and figures shown on this page

Commission figures, availability and any other numbers shown on this page are indicative and provided for information only. The applicable rate, eligibility conditions, calculation base, tax treatment and payment timing are governed exclusively by the official commission policy and the signed partnership agreement. Where this page and the official policy differ, the official policy prevails.

5. Product information and ownership

Product descriptions, availability, images and ownership information are subject to change and to the official legal documentation issued for the project. Foreign ownership eligibility is determined by applicable law and by the documentation issued for each individual home. Independent legal advice should be obtained before any client commitment is made.
